Teamtailor Integration Set-Up
The integration between earthforce and Teamtailor is designed to automatically syncrhonize job postings from Teamtailor to earthforce.
Features
  • Sync: In the promote tab on a published job in Teamtailor, you'll have the option to promote the job opening to earthforce, doing this will automatically create the job opening on earthforce.
  • Parameterizing: Our language model populates the job fields in earthforce needed for the matching algorithm based on the information from the Teamtailor job posting.
  • Settings: Choose if job postings should be synced to earthforce as live or draft job ads.

  • In Teamtailor, go to the marketplace or to the promote tab on an active Job
  • Search for earthforce
  • Click the app
  • It will ask you for a client secret and client id, which you can generate on the Teamtailor integration settings page in earthforce here
  • When you’ve generated them, copy them to somewhere safe
  • Then and only then enter them into the fields in the set-up of the earthforce app in Teamtailor
  • Activate the app in Teamtailor
  • If successful, reload the integration settings page on earthforce (note: your client id and client secret will then disappear and you won't see them again)
  • Congrats! You're good to go - try posting your first job from Teamtailor to earthforce!
